Once the slab is selected and templated, in-house fabrication keeps the timeline short. Most jobs go from template to install in a matter of days, and the install itself usually takes one day.
Yes. Countertop-only replacements on existing cabinets are one of the most common projects Capital City Stone & Cabinet Design does: new quartz or stone tops, often with new sinks and tile, on the cabinets you already have.
Quartz is an engineered surface: consistent patterns, no sealing required, durable for daily kitchen use. Granite and quartzite are natural stone, so every slab is unique, and quartzite is typically the hardest of the three. We walk through slabs with you so the choice fits how you actually use the kitchen.
